The contracts portal helps you to keep your contracts under control:

• Simply enter your contracts with all relevant information for complete future transparency regarding the status of your contracts (data can be imported via EXCEL).
• The information is stored centrally at the company and can be called up locally via the intranet and Internet. You will never miss another notice period again and automatic e-mails will remind you in good time to negotiate new conditions and contracts with your providers.
• Your contract controlling will be more efficient, allowing you to better manage your service providers.
• In this way, you will fulfil all current supervisory requirements (Section 25a German Banking Act (KWG) / minimum requirements for risk management (MaRisk)) and reduce your operational risks.
